Founder & Advisory Board
Dr Louis Karaolis
FounderDr Louis Karaolis is the Founder and Programme Director of CLTAP. He received his Ph.D. in Law from the University of Oxford. He is an Associate Professor of Law at CIM – Cyprus Business School, where he previously served as Head of Law and Director of Academic Affairs. As Head of Law, he recruited and led faculty, giving him insider knowledge of how academic institutions identify, appoint, and develop talent. He has also held research and teaching roles at the London School of Economics and Political Science and Oxford's Blavatnik School of Government. He founded CLTAP to give legal professionals, early career academics, and graduate students a direct pathway into legal teaching.
Kehinde Boateng

Andrea Psara
Advisory BoardAndrea Psara is a Partner at Kaimakliotis LLC and an LLM graduate of the University of Cambridge. She leads the firm's dispute resolution practice, with experience in complex cross-border litigation, arbitration, and international commercial disputes. She has also taught at the University of Central Lancashire Cyprus, giving her first-hand understanding of the legal classroom. Her perspective reinforces CLTAP's conviction that the best legal teaching is inseparable from the realities of practice.
